How to use the Hammock for Neck?
1. If using a door, wrap the door back handle with the opening of the strap, close door and pull tight, letting the leash passes between the door and the doorjamb.
2. Wrap it around the door handle on the opposite side.
3. If using a rail or pole, wrap the fabric around the rail parallel to the floor.
3. Attach the Neck Hammock to the Bungee cord and hook it on to the strap using the hook clip.
4. Lay on the ground, keeping the body straight and the back against the floor with the head and neck cradled by the Hammock.
5. Do this for 10 minutes each day.

Well, what to say, as always requires refinement. The elastic is not rigid, stretches well and even fixing the knot at a height of 180 cm, it was not comfortable enough to feel. The solution was simple: instead of a regular rubber band took a regular rubber band with hooks bought in the aurora store chain. You can also take an elastic band from a manual expander. I tried only 1 time, but the result is written after 2 weeks of regular use... Let's see.
